NIMBA offers a free six-month hire for a pair of Jolly Jumpers, exclusively available for financial NIMBA member-families.
Terms and Conditions
By hiring the Jolly Jumper pair you agree to the following:
Hire
You agree to hire the Jolly Jumpers for 6 months. You may request to extend this period of hire, provided it is not requested by another member family. It is essential the Jolly Jumpers are returned on time (unless an agreement has been reached to extend the initial hire period).
The equipment shall not be used by anyone other than the hirer without the expressed permission of NIMBA.
Return
Unless as an agreement has been made with NIMBA to extend the initial hire period, it is essential the Jolly Jumpers are returned on immediately following the hire period.
Fees and deposit
NIMBA does not charge or take a deposit for the hire of the Jolly Jumpers; but reserves the right to make a charge for the cost of replacement in the event of the item being lost, stolen or unreasonably damaged.
Care
You agree to take good care of the Jolly Jumpers and return the items in the condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted) hired to you.
In the event of any loss or damage other than fair wear and tear you agree you will pay the replacement cost of the Jolly Jumpers.
Condition of hired items
You agree that you are aware that the items hired to you are previously used. Each Jolly Jumper is carefully inspected and cleaned prior to hire. Please return the Jolly Jumpers in the same good condition as it was when you first received them.
Liability
You agree that NIMBA will not accept or assume liability for any accidents or issues arising from the use of the Jolly Jumpers. You agree that using the equipment carries with it, dangers and risks of injury/death, and you agree to use the item in accordance with manufacturer safety instructions.
