MBAW 2021 - Miniature Trains
Diamond Valley Railway Inc.
11:00 – 12:00
Exclusive event for NIMBA members.   What better way to celebrate Multiple Births Awareness Week than having a heap of fun riding a miniature train. Choo Choo! Every year, kids (small & big) love to ride these trains.   Come as a family and catch up with some old multiples’ friends, meet some new families and then maybe enjoy a picnic and play in the adjacent playground afterwards.   As per all venues there are some Covid restrictions and therefore this will be a ticketed event.  If tickets sell out, we will commence a waitlist (please comment in the event to be added to the waitlist). Maximum 95 attendees (over 1 years) over the entire event Train carriage density restrictions, so spots will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis, so please aim to arrive early to avoid missing out Attendees must consider appropriate social distancing / wear a mask (over 12s) / sign in upon arrival Attendees should not attend if they display any COVID symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID case in the past 14 days. Please note that there are stairs to get to the platform so carriers may be easier with little ones.   NIMBA are pleased to be able to offer this event through grant funding from Telstra.   If you would like to book additional tickets for further rides after the event, please see the DVR website – they open ticket sales at midday two days prior to the running day (so 19th March for 21st March). https://www.dvr.com.au/   Please note that photos may be taken at NIMBA events for the purpose of celebrating our community and recording our history.
